Valley Tree Help is a free information and referral service for tree removal, tree trimming and palm tree trimming in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. We are not a contractor and we do not perform, supervise or guarantee any work. Calls to the numbers on this site are forwarded to independent local providers.

2. Independent providers

The providers who receive calls are independent businesses. They are not our employees or agents. Each provider is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, registrations, insurance and warranties. Before any work starts, you should get the price in writing and confirm any license or registration that applies to the job. Any agreement for work is between you and the provider.

3. Information on this site is general

Our guides, answers and price ranges are general information to help you understand common situations. They are not a quote, an inspection or professional advice for your property. Prices vary with the size of the tree, its condition, where it stands and access to it, and only the provider can confirm them. If a tree or branch is touching or near a power line, stay away and call your electric company or 911; in any other emergency that puts health or safety at risk, contact the appropriate local authority.

What we say about laws and rules, such as the Texas rule on working near high-voltage lines, permits, neighbor trees, protected bird nests, burning and the citrus quarantine, is a general summary, not legal advice.
