How Valley Tree Help Works
Finding someone to handle a tree shouldn't take a dozen calls. Valley Tree Help gives you one place to call for tree removal, tree trimming and palm trimming in McAllen, Edinburg, Harlingen and the towns around them.
Three simple steps
- Call the number on this site. Each city page has its own local number; on other pages, pick your area.
- Your call is connected to an independent tree service that works in your area.
- Talk directly with the provider about the job, the price and when they can come. If nobody can answer right away, leave your name, number, city and what your tree needs, and you'll get a call back.
If a tree is touching a power line, hang up and call your electric company or 911 instead.
What to have ready
- Your address or nearest cross street.
- What you need: removal, trimming, palms, stump grinding or storm cleanup.
- About how tall the tree is and how close it is to the house, the fence or power lines.
- Whether a truck can get to the tree (gate width, alley, backyard access).
- Photos, if the provider asks for them.
Before you hire
- What will it cost, and what's included? Ask for the price in writing, including the stump, hauling and cleanup.
- Do you have insurance for your workers and for damage to my property?
- How will you protect the house, the roof and the lawn?
- When can you come?
About this service
Valley Tree Help is an information and referral website for tree removal, tree trimming and palm tree trimming in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. We do not perform any work ourselves, and we are not a tree service, arborist or contractor.
When you call the number on this site, your call is forwarded to an independent local provider who serves your area. That provider is solely responsible for the quote, the scheduling, the work, any permits, licenses and insurance, and any warranty. Before work begins, ask the provider for the price in writing and for any license or registration that applies to the job.
Calling is always free. The local provider who receives calls from this site may pay us a flat monthly fee to advertise here. That fee never changes the price you are quoted.
Calls may be recorded for quality purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
